For SEO or other purposes, you may want your page Url to looks like static url instead of dynamic url with querystring. 

Open the page edit page, click "Settings" on the right corner, you can configure the URL any way you want. 

If this page requires parameters from url, it will be made available under it.  In our case, this kooboo.com website, we make the url to be static as below.
