You can export only the changes you made to a site and deploy that partial package to remote server. 

Export Changes

Go to "System" -- "SiteLogs". 

Select one item, and click "Export Changes" to export the changes after and include the selected item. 

Select multiple items, and click "Export Changes" to export changes that contains only the selected items. 

Import Package

Go to your desitnation site, you can import the partial update package from two locations. 

1. Go to "System" -- "Settings", Click "Import Package", select the exported zip file. 

2. Go to "Pages" list page, Click "Import" button, select the exported zip file. 

Your changes will be applied to the new site.
