On the 'Pages' screen, create a new page with a layout by clicking the 'New layout page' button and select the layout you want to use.

Type in a name for your page, on the right side of the screen, click the '+' button to add a view.

In the drop-down menu, select 'Views'.

Select the view you want.

Go back and preview the page, you will see the blog list has been printed out.
